Import permits (if applicable)
Ministry approvals
Microchip verification

Depending on destination, this may include:

Parasite treatments
Additional country-specific testing
We ensure everything is completed within the correct timeframe to avoid delays.
4. Flight & Travel Coordination
We arrange:
Cargo or manifest booking
Airline-approved travel crate guidance
Transit coordination (if required)
- Boarding (if needed)
Travel day documentation review
5. Departure & Clearance

Important Timelines & Rules
International pet relocation requires careful planning.
Some destinations, including Oman, require preparation to begin 3–6 months before travel, particularly where rabies titre (RNATT) testing is mandatory.
Delays in testing, vaccination timing, or documentation can result in postponed travel.
We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as you are aware of your relocation plans.
Rabies Vaccination & Titre Testing
Certain countries require a rabies blood test (titre test) to be completed within strict timeframes after vaccination.
For example, importing pets into Oman requires a rabies titre test that must be valid and no older than 12 months at the time of entry — even if the rabies vaccination itself remains valid.
Microchip Requirements
Most countries require ISO-compliant microchips. In some cases, microchipping must occur before rabies vaccination for the vaccination to be considered valid.
Incorrect sequencing can invalidate documentation.
Breed Restrictions
Certain destinations impose breed-specific regulations or restrictions. Early verification is essential to avoid refusal of entry.
Transit Rules
If your pet travels through another country, transit regulations may apply — even if that country is not the final destination.
Airline Space Limitations
Cargo space for live animals is limited and can fill weeks in advance, particularly during peak relocation seasons.
